- The France v Ireland match on 11th February was postponed due to a frozen pitch and has been rescheduled for Sunday 4th March.

France have had much the better of recent meetings with Ireland, winning seven of the last eight Six Nations clashes, and they will be looking to extend that tally. France are firm favourites for this clash and home advantage for the 2011 World Cup finalists is likely to count for plenty. France were made to work hard for victory in their last match against Scotland last weekend though, while Ireland enjoyed a morale-boosting win over Italy.

The spoils were shared in a thrilling encounter at Stade Francais during the 2012 tournament as France and Ireland played out a 17-17 draw. The match was rescheduled after the pitch was frozen two weeks before and the match was well worth the wait for spectators. Ireland started the match brilliantly and they were 17-6 up at half-time, although the French did well to peg them back and earn a draw. However, the result spells the end of France's Grand Slam hopes and their remaining aim will be the Six Nations title.
