Stadio Flaminio

Stadio Flaminio

The Stadio Flaminio will not be used during this year's Six Nations as Italy have moved to the larger surroundings of the Stadio Olimpico. The Flaminio had been a modest stadium in comparison to its competing Six Nations stadiums, with a capacity of only 25,000 and watching on TV you can see that it does not have the same atmosphere as the other stadiums in the six nations championship.

The Flaminio was built for the Rome Olympics in 1960 and is shared with the Equestrian sports at the grounds.
